Joel started his Real Estate career in New York City working with renters and homeowners. In 2019, he and his partner made the decision to trade the skyscrapers of Manhattan for the palms of Los Angeles. Since relocating to LA, Joel has been focusing on working with clients who are also making the jump from New York City to LA. Joel is also a contributing author at Inman News, as well as an occasional speaker for the Residential Real Estate Council-mostly speaking and writing on training and onboarding best practices.
