My husband and I worked with Kris Terrill from June 2010 through May 2011 when we purchased our first home. We met her while she was working an open house back in May of 2010, and we both left the open house feeling that she was the realtor we would want to work with when we decide to start looking for a home. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the housing market. What we also really noticed, and what is very important to us, is that she was not pushy and didn’t give off the phony vibe you tend to get from some realtors. Since we were first time home-buyers, we told her up front that we will probably be a bit difficult to work with, as we will be very picky and working within a specific budget. A few days went by, and we received a phone call from Kris stating that the house was ours if we wanted to put in an offer - and we did! She was dedicated to our needs. She made it happen!
