Dear Peggy, Thank you so much for your extraordinary client service in every regard selling our Manhattan Beach home. The process was unbelievably smooth from our end. Your guidance about what to do (and not) to help the home sell, dealing with our renter taking care of the myriad repairs, appointments, etc. was indispensable. And importantly, eliminating the need to stage the home and managing to close on the property within hours of the renter vacating were miracles borne of your expertise and professionalism. I have thoroughly enjoyed and certainly benefited from our long relationship and hope to remain friends despite the distance. Sincerely, Ruth
We have been lucky enough to be on both ends of the real estate spectrum with Peggy guiding the way. She was our realtor when we were buying our home in Manhattan Beach. That experience was so positive that when we were ready to sell many years later, we simply wouldn't consider any other realtor other than Peggy. During the years in between buying & selling, Peggy was readily available as our "go-to" any time we had real estate questions, queries, or needed advice about our home in general. And I don't know where we would've been without her contact list of handymen, painters, plumbers, floor experts, etc, etc.! She is simply THE BEST.
Peggy is AWSOME! We met her after working with her son Peter who found us our amazing house. We are not savvy buyers but Peggy guided us through all the red tape with a great deal of patience. I trusted her opinion and felt total confidence in her suggestions as we went through selling our old house and buying our new house in 3 weeks! It was a very complicated transaction and she guided us at every step with a great deal of caring and compassion. Even though we only worked with her for a few weeks she felt like family. She was always available for my calls and questions and very professional without ever being pushy.
We recently worked with Peggy to buy our first home. It’s hard to put into words the gratitude we have for her patience and professional guidance throughout the entire process. She worked with us from start to finish and was superb with everything in between to help us find the perfect house. Peggy was an absolute pleasure to work with on a personal level; she was there for us whenever we had any questions, tour requests and was extremely accommodating. Even more importantly her sound professional advice resulted in us getting a phenomenal home in the neighborhood we wanted at a great price. Being first-time home buyers the process was overwhelming at times, but with Peggy as our realtor we felt taken care of, and most importantly, heard. We were so happy in the end and can’t wait to work with her again in the future.
Peggy and her son Peter (in business together) were terrific in buying our new house and selling our old house. We got to know Peggy and Peter while looking for a house to meet our (very specific) desires. Peter saw a new house for sale near the area we were looking and said, “this would be perfect for them”. He was right. Peggy arranged for us to see the house, and we fell in love with it. Buying a house these days is not simple. The number of legal documents to be reviewed (especially for a new house in a Home Owners’ Association) is daunting as is the entire process: the negotiations with the seller, disclosures, the escrow process, and multiple types of inspections, moving, maintenance, etc. Peggy is incredibly knowledgeable; she guided (hand-held is more accurate) us through the process right through the final settlement. Peggy had great recommendations for movers, housekeepers, inspectors, etc. which were all very valuable. Peter was there whenever we needed help in meeting people (inspectors and installers) at the house and also knows the business well; he also has great taste in houses. They are both terrific and work very well together as a team. When it came time to sell our old house immediately after moving into our new house, Peggy and Peter were there for us. They managed the entire process, from timing and price determination, to cleaning and painting the house, “staging” the house for sale to get a better price, conducting open houses (of which there were only two since the house sold very quickly – Peter and Peggy priced the house very accurately), to receiving the offers (primary and backup), negotiating the sale price and conditions, going through and closing escrow, and, again, reviewing and signing all the legal documents. They are both very knowledgeable, about the process as well as the real estate market in our buying and selling locations. Again, they were terrific. The bottom line is that we could not have done the whole thing without Peggy and Peter. We highly recommend them, individually and as a team, for selling and buying a home. We love our new home. Thank you, Peggy and Peter!
