My real estate journey began in 2003 in Pacific Heights, San Francisco — one of the most competitive and prestigious markets in the country. Those early years sharpened my instincts, deepened my market knowledge, and gave me a foundation I’ve built on ever since.

In 2011, I made the move to Manhattan Beach with my wife and daughter, and it didn’t take long to understand why she’d always called LA home. The South Bay has that effect on people. I planted roots here, got to know the neighborhoods block by block, and continued doing what I love — helping buyers find their perfect home, guiding sellers to the right outcome, and managing short-term rentals for clients looking to maximize their investment.

Today, with 23 years in the business across two of California’s most dynamic markets, I bring a rare combination of big-city experience and genuine local connection to every transaction. I know what it feels like to move your family across the state and start fresh — and I use that perspective to help my clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence.

I’m proud to be a Strand Hill foot soldier — out in the community every day, doing the work. You’ll find me at a group fitness class 5 days a week, walking my dog through the neighborhood every single day, and every other year, my wife, daughter and I — both licensed sailing captains — set off on a flotilla sailing adventure with other families that reminds us why we love this coastal life so much.
