Jared Padilla was born and raised in Manhattan Beach and is a lifetime resident of the South Bay. He grew up fascinated with the development of tear downs into the beautiful luxurious homes you see today. Seeking to contribute to the growth of this coastal community, he attended USC Architecture school before transferring to the USC Marshall School of Business. He now owns the construction company, Seacrest Development, that services clients from Palos Verdes to Santa Monica, building new construction homes, large additions, and full interior remodels. He also helps clients search for the perfect location and house to develop and maximize their equity. On summer weekends, you can find him surfing or walking the strand with his fiancé and their Bernedoodle. In the winter he enjoys skiing the mountains in Mammoth or Salt Lake.
