He dropped everything and spent the entire day digging online to find the contact information for the CEO and board of directors of the holding company that owned the property. Despite many gatekeepers, he persevered and finally reached a board member, convincingly explaining our situation. While at work, I received the call from Justin: “You got the home.” I couldn’t believe it. His effort was beyond anything I could have imagined. He walked me through the saga, which sounded like the plot of a movie or an episode of Suits.
