In addition to being a real estate consultant Mary Reaney-Hocking is a practicing interior designer. Originally trained as an architect, she is the founder of Reaney-Design Company in Manhattan Beach with years of experience designing and managing large scale projects. Whether preparing a home for sale or helping buyers see a property’s potential, she brings a fresh perspective. She guilds clients in bringing their visions to life, balancing cost, style, functionality, and long term investment.

A longtime resident of Manhattan Beach, Mary and her husband Doug, have raised their daughter in the community. Co-founding Beach Cities Friends for Habitat for Humanity she and her group have helped build houses and have raised over $1 million to help families achieve homeownership themselves.
