Mike Schmanski began his California real estate career in 2005, building a successful business throughout the San Fernando Valley, where he served buyers and sellers through 2020. In 2020, Mike relocated to Redondo Beach and the South Bay, bringing more than 15 years of real estate experience, negotiation expertise, and a project-management background from his years with Rocketdyne and Boeing Aerospace.

Today, Mike is partnered with Strand Hill, specializing in seller education, strategic marketing, and negotiations. His approach is centered on helping homeowners understand their options, prepare their property for the market, and make informed decisions throughout the selling process. Mike has also been actively involved as a member of the local MLS board, staying connected to the professionals, market data, and resources that help serve his clients.

As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Mike brings particular experience to senior homeowners, estate and probate transactions, and complex real estate situations.
