Nicole Zakaria is a strategic, people-focused real estate professional who joins Strand Hill with a strong background in marketing, sales, and client service. Nicole grew up in Palos Verdes Estates, graduated from UCLA, and has spent much of her adult life living throughout Los Angeles. She brings both deep local familiarity and a genuine appreciation for the communities that make the South Bay such a special place to call home.

Before transitioning into real estate, Nicole built her career in advertising and marketing, working at several agencies where she helped develop brands and drive growth for organizations. Her experience sharpened her strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to guide complex projects from start to finish—skills that translate seamlessly into helping clients navigate the buying and selling process.

Nicole is proud to be part of the Dyer Group at Strand Hill, led by top-producing agent Suzanne Dyer. Working alongside one of the area’s most respected and experienced teams allows her to provide clients with both personalized service and the added insight of a highly accomplished group.

Nicole currently lives in Redondo Beach with her husband Michael and their dog Murphy, where they enjoy being part of the South Bay community and continue to put down long-term roots.
