Manhattan Beach, California – November 10, 2022 – Strand Hill would like to extend our gratitude to our generous community of volunteers for donating blood at our November 10th event. We had a great turnout and collected 35 units of blood, which have a powerful ability to potentially save up to 105 lives! Giving back to the community in this life changing way through our partnership with the American Red Cross and Neptunian Women’s Club is truly an honor and we look forward to making this an annual tradition.
The Red Cross has been making a humanitarian impact for more than 130 years and has been collecting blood for over 70 of those years. We can all be part of something important when we work with the Red Cross to strengthen the blood supply and give back to our community. During this season of giving, please consider donating at one of Red Cross’s upcoming blood drives.
